Who We Are

TRC’s regulatory experts, DeWitt Burdeaux and Lane Miller, have over 40 years of combined experience within the PHMSA Training and Qualifications Division, where they were responsible for training over 2,700 state and federal pipeline safety personnel.

DeWitt joined TRC in 2017 from G2 Integrated Solutions. Prior experience includes senior regulatory compliance and training roles at FlexSteel Pipeline Technologies, the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources and PHMSA.

Lane Miller
Market Director, Pipeline Regulatory Services, TRC

Prior to joining TRC, Lane was the Chief Compliance Engineer for Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) and also served as PG&E’s director of codes, standards and training, overseeing a 94-employee unit.
